Fringe Benefits

Fringe has always been one of my favorite spring staples. I love the movement it adds to an outfit and how it can amp up a look.

I found this ‘fringey’ Guess dress at thredUp a while ago. I wore it with a blazer and classic pearls around the holidays and with a red cardigan and Hunters back in February.

Recently, I fell in love with this necklace and bag at Burlington Coat Factory and they reminded me of the dress. I wore the jean jacket to break up all the black and tone it all down for work.

It’s all about texture when it comes to fringe and I love how leather and suede can add sophistication to the whimsical trend. It can have a tendency to look a bit festival when mixed with prints and colors, so if you are not feeling bohemian keep color combinations simple.

There is a lot out there to choose from in classic neutral colors that you will want to wear for seasons to come.

I love these gorgeous items I found while searching on polyvore.com.

I was inspired by these gorgeous ladies.
However , fringe really has been around quite a while.

Thank you for visiting my blog!

I really appreciate your time and interest.

Hope you feel inspired to create a new look or even just watch an old cartoon.

Yours truly,

Jennifer
