The weather may not be cooperating but my wardrobe is in full spring mode and I’ve been craving as many bright colors that I can get my hands on.
You can go colorful head to toe without looking too crazy by wearing different shades in the same palette ( like this assortment of pinks) and varying fabrics ( some silky, some knit, you get the idea) .
The dress is Suzi Chin for Maggy Boutique and I found it on thredUP.com.
Shoes are from kurtgeiger.com.
Hat: Nordstrom
Glasses: Ray-Ban
Bag: Betsey Johnson ( of course)
Another way to wear beautiful spring colors is to pair pastels and browns. Rich taupe and tan shades allow Easter egg colors to feel more grown up and much more wearable.
This tunic dress is from Bisou Bisou and , of course , I found it on thredUP.com. The necklace is from Jewelry Bean and you can use my code : Fashion20 for 20% off any order. Earrings are from J.C. Penney.com.
Shoes are from lanecrawford.com.
Cynthia Rowley Phoebe small leather cross body bag is from gilt.com.
Fireball bracelet and Aegean Ring from lulu avenue.com and sold by @style_by_alana / Instagram.
Georgelove bracelet from xoox.com.
Glitter Lips coin purse is by Juicey Couture.
And… glitter lips treatment is by Susan Pellegrino of Angelica & Me Hair Salon in Johnston, RI.
Never let your scent be an afterthought. These two fruity, floral scents are a perfect compliment to the carefree, colorful styles of spring.
Daisy by Marc Jacobs is both warm and radiant with pink grapefruit, apricot, freesia and rose.
Capri by Vince Camuto has peach blossoms and violet flowers which reveal a rich mixture of musk and vanilla.
I love how both scents are sophisticated and elegant but not too serious , and more carefree for everyday casual wear.
Thanks so much for checking this out. Hope it was worth your time and attention.
Hope you feel inspired to make a statement with color ( lots of color) this spring.
Yours truly,
Jennifer
